We are a local, family-owned restaurant bringing the rich flavors of Latin America to Prince Frederick. Our dishes are made to order, including marinated fajitas, quesadillas, burritos and pollo a la brasa.
Our Signature Pollo a la Brasa
Our whole chicken is marinated in a flavorful combination of spices and Peruvian flavors for more than 24 hours, then cooked over charcoal in a rotisserie oven.
Large Orders & Catering
Our team can accommodate large food orders with as little as one day’s notice. While we do not personally cater events, we are happy to provide the food for your celebrations and events.
